Healthy eating shouldn’t be so complicated. These clean food recipes are designed to be quick and easy to make. I’m a big believer in eating a diet high in whole foods (with LOTS of veggies), quality ingredients, and minimal processing. I’m not one to count calories, macros, ratios, etc. My focus is on consuming high quality nutrient-dense foods, minimal sugar, and avoiding junk food. Keep it simple and you will stick with it for the long run.
