Healthy eating shouldn’t be so complicated. These clean food recipes are designed to be quick and easy to make. I’m a big believer in eating a diet high in whole foods (with LOTS of veggies), quality ingredients, and minimal processing. I’m not one to count calories, macros, ratios, etc. My focus is on consuming high quality nutrient-dense foods, minimal sugar, and avoiding junk food. Keep it simple and you will stick with it for the long run.

This is one of my favorite salads, especially in the summer when fresh strawberries are everywhere! If you're not a fan of arugula, feel free to swap out for more spinach or other leafy green of your choice. This is a single serving salad that's...

Bean & Cheese Burrito - Enchilada Style: This is a great weeknight dinner that's filling, flavorful, and only takes about 10 minutes to make. I used to use canned enchilada sauce but this homemade version is so quick to make (less than 5 minutes) that...
