Always choose healthy

The main reason why I CHOOSE HEALTHY FOOD over less healthy is the fact that the food we eat has a HUGE impact on our overall health and well-being.

Healthy eating DOESN’T have to be overly complicated.

You don’t have to be perfect, you don’t have to completely eliminate foods you enjoy, and you don’t have to change everything all at once.

A better approach is to make a FEW SMALL CHANGES AT A TIME and as these small changes become a HABIT, you can continue to add more healthy choices. Don’t forget that small changes over time result in big payoffs.
