13 Jun Balance is Key – How to Avoid Burnout

This was SO me just the other day! Tell me if you can relate ??
I will go and go and go and then get to a point where I just need a break from being “on” .
Now here’s the key…instead of beating myself up about it (which I used to do), I GIVE myself that break ?? because I KNOW I will be right back on track the next day. BALANCE IS KEY and down-time is SO important for your soul ??
The trick is to not let that one day off turn into days or weeks off. When your body and mind are ready for a break, ENJOY it, APPRECIATE it, LIVE in that moment and then…when your batteries are recharged, you’ll be ready to take on the world again ??????
