When you’re thinking about throwing in the towel, just take a small step forward instead of giving up.

If you’re workout routine is getting to be too much, do a shorter workout. If you’re on vacation and eating out every day, add in some salads and fresh fruits whenever possible to keep from overeating heavy foods.

Remember – momentum works both ways…when you stop taking steps forward, its harder to get going again BUT if you keep taking small steps towards your goals, it becomes easier to keep it up and before you know it, those small improvements will add up to AMAZING RESULTS ????
