The only bad workout is the one you miss!

Remember…ANY workout is better than no workout at all ??Even if you’re not feeling motivated, just commit to 10 minutes or even 5 minutes of moving your body. You will start to feel SO MUCH BETTER!!

The key is CONSISTENCY!! I’m all about getting in 3-4 mini workouts a week over one long hard workout once a week. The important thing is you find something you will stick with and you can ALWAYS build from there ????
