This tasty recipe only requires a few key ingredients and makes enough food for leftovers the next day. Add on top of quinoa, rice, or enjoy by itself.

Instructions

  1. Add avocado oil to a sauté pan, add onion and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are soft. Add turkey, kidney beans, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until turkey is fully cooked. Layer cooked quinoa and turkey skillet into a bowl and enjoy!
