Add asparagus to large baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp to the pan along with the seasonings, Cook for 5 minutes, mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. Remove from oven, squeeze half a lemon over shrimp and asparagus. Serve on it’s own or on top of a bed of rice or couscous (pictured here). Top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
