Instructions

  1. Saute bell pepper and onion in a large pan with 1 tsp avocado oil. After about 5 minutes, add turkey and continue cooking until fully cooked.
  2. While everything is cooking, mix together sauce ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
  3. Once turkey is cooked, mix in sauce and cashews.
  4. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with veggies and enjoy!!
