Instructions

  1. Saute onion, carrots, and bell pepper in avocado oil for 5 mins. Next add turkey and zucchini. Cook until turkey is cooked through. Next add crushed garlic, chicken broth, diced tomatoes (with juice) and spices. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until you’re ready to eat.
  2. Great topped with avocado, cheese or green onions!
