Smoothies are a QUICK & TASTY way to get your dose of fruits, veggies, and superfoods first thing in the morning. I always keep frozen fruit on hand to throw into the blender with some superfood protein powder for a quick go-to breakfast or lunch. I love Vega All-in-one Shake mix. It's a plant-based protein powder packed with a ton of vitamins, superfoods, probiotics, and greens...AND it actually tastes GOOD!! I used the French vanilla protein powder for this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
