This is a simple salad that only takes a few minutes to throw together and is great to make as a side dish when you're having company (just double the recipe) or as a main course when you want something filling and flavorful but not heavy.

  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1/2 can corn
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
  • 1 Handful of cilantro chopped
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Mix all ingredients together and let marinate in the fridge for a couple hours for best flavors.
