Black Bean Salad
This is a simple salad that only takes a few minutes to throw together and is great to make as a side dish when you're having company (just double the recipe) or as a main course when you want something filling and flavorful but not heavy.
Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1/2 can corn
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 Lime juiced
- 1 Handful of cilantro chopped
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let marinate in the fridge for a couple hours for best flavors.
