Breaded Mahi Mahi with Asparagus

I'm in LOVE with this recipe...SO simple to make yet looks and tastes like something you'd spend top dollar for at a restaurant. And you can cook it all in one pan so less dishes!

  • 1/2 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
  • 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tbl Butter
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb Asparagus


  • In a large sauté pan, add 1 tsp avocado oil and asparagus, cook for 10 mins. . While asparagus is cooking, mix panko in a bowl with seasonings . Season fish with salt and pepper, then brush with 1/2 tbl melted butter, then coat in panko.
  • Add 1/2 tbl butter to the pan, add fish and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until done. Serve asparagus and fish with a little lemon on the side and enjoy!!
