Easy Homemade Ramen
Whenever I’m looking for a super quick meal because I don’t feel like cooking, THIS is my go-to. I used Lotus Foods organic millet and brown rice ramen noodles (get them here:
Organic Brown Rice Ramen (12 Pack Per Bag)
). It’s organic gluten free and takes just minutes to cook. And my favorite part of this recipe is the toasted sesame oil I drizzle on top. SO TASTY
Ingredients
- 3 cups Water
- 2 tbl spoon Red Miso Paste great for gut health
- 1 Vegetable bouillon Cube
- 1/2 cup shelled edamame organic preferred
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 green onions – chopped
- 4 packs Ramen Noodles
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Roasted Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Add miso paste, soy sauce and bouillon cube, mix until dissolved. Add ramen noodles, cook for about 3-5 minutes until soft. Remove from heat, add spinach and edamame to the pot. Let sit for a minute or two until spinach is wilted. Divide soup evenly between bowls, top with green onions, drizzle with toasted sesame oil and enjoy
