Eggs Muffins?

There are so many variations you can do with this low carb, high fat recipe. Just mix in your favorite veggies and meat and you’ve got breakfast! Or omit the meat if you’re going vegetarian. Either way, they turn out great.
Servings 12 muffins


  • 1/2 diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 diced Red onion
  • 4 organic breakfast sausages?
  • 1 tsp avocado oil for pan?
  • 2 diced Green onions
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup organic cream or coconut milk works too
  • 1/2 organic cheddar cheese?
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
