Italian Turkey Skillet

This tasty recipe only requires a few key ingredients and makes enough food for leftovers the next day. Add on top of quinoa, rice, or enjoy by itself.

  • 1 lbs Organic Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Zucchini diced
  • 3 Carrots diced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • Fresh Parsley


  • Add avocado oil to a sauté pan, add onion and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are soft. Add turkey, kidney beans, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until turkey is fully cooked. Layer cooked quinoa and turkey skillet into a bowl and enjoy!
