Italian Turkey Skillet
This tasty recipe only requires a few key ingredients and makes enough food for leftovers the next day. Add on top of quinoa, rice, or enjoy by itself.
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Organic Ground Turkey
- 1 tsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Red Onion diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 Zucchini diced
- 3 Carrots diced
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Add avocado oil to a sauté pan, add onion and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini, cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are soft. Add turkey, kidney beans, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until turkey is fully cooked. Layer cooked quinoa and turkey skillet into a bowl and enjoy!
