Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus

If you’re looking for a QUICK weeknight recipe, this one only takes about 10-15 minutes and is FULL of FLAVOR! If you’re using frozen shrimp, just make sure it’s defrosted before you start the recipe.

  • 1 lb Wild caught shrimp
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • fresh parsley


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add asparagus to large baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Add shrimp to the pan along with the seasonings, Cook for 5 minutes, mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. Remove from oven, squeeze half a lemon over shrimp and asparagus. Serve on it’s own or on top of a bed of rice or couscous (pictured here). Top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
