Quick and Easy Side - Sautéed Zucchini

This seriously only takes about 5 minutes to throw together and goes GREAT with my chicken burgers! There are so many great sides you can make with it OR it makes a great pasta substitute if you’re limiting carbs!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sliced Zucchini
  • 1 sliced yellow squash
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to large sauté pan over medium heat, add veggies, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Now - let it sit and grill for a few minutes before turning so you get them nice and browned. Flip, cook another few minutes and enjoy!!
