Smokey Chicken Bacon Sliders
These are SO YUMMY and are super quick to make.
The trick is to have liquid smoke in the pantry…it REALLY makes this dish!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground organic chicken
- 4 chopped bacon strips
- 1/4 cup ground almonds (I buy raw almonds and grind them in my Nurtibullet)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp Smoked chipotle powder
- 10 drops liquid smoke (I use Living Nutritionals all-natural liquid smoke off Amazon)
- Lettuce leaves for wraps
- Tomato
- onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and divide into 8 mini burgers.
- Add the burgers to a large sauté pan over medium heat and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side. Then place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Serve with your favorite fixings. This is great with avocado as well! Enjoy!
