Thai Lettuce Cups

This recipe is super quick to make and it’s SO GOOD! Low-carb, FULL FLAVOR!
Servings 2 People


Main Ingredients

  • 1 diced orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb organic ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup cashews chopped


  • 2 tbl hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbl soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbl sesame oil
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • Lettuce
  • Grated carrots
  • 2 diced Green onions
  • red cabbage shredded


  • Saute bell pepper and onion in a large pan with 1 tsp avocado oil. After about 5 minutes, add turkey and continue cooking until fully cooked.
  • While everything is cooking, mix together sauce ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
  • Once turkey is cooked, mix in sauce and cashews.
  • Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves, top with veggies and enjoy!!
