Thai Peanut Glazed Green Beans

QUICK and EASY side dish! The peanut sauce on this is SO GOOD!! Makes it super easy to eat your veggies!
Servings 4 People


Main Ingredient

  • 1 lb green beans trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 tsp avocado oil


  • 1 tbl peanut butter
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (or Braggs liquid aminos for #glutenfree)
  • 1 clove garlice crushed
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (Trader Joe’s has an awesome one I love using)


  • Add oil and green beans to a large pan and sauté over a medium heat for about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • While veggies are cooking, in a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, toasted sesame oil, garlic, and soy sauce. If sauce is too thick, add a little water or more sesame oil.
  • Once the green beans are cooked, remove from heat and pour the sauce on. Mix well and enjoy!!
