Turkey nacho bowl

This recipe is super quick and so yummy!! Next time you’re craving nachos make this healthier version at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey
  • 1 diced Tomato
  • 1 diced Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Corn

Spices

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • Tortilla chips
  • Mexican cheese
  • 2 chopped Green onions
  • diced Avocado

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add turkey, cook until done.
  • Add spices, black beans, corn, and tomatoes. Cook another 5 mins then serve, topped with cheese, green onions and avocado with a handful of tortilla chips on the side.
