Turkey nacho bowl
This recipe is super quick and so yummy!! Next time you’re craving nachos make this healthier version at home.
Ingredients

- 1 lb turkey
- 1 diced Tomato
- 1 diced Red bell pepper
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Corn
Spices
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- Tortilla chips
- Mexican cheese
- 2 chopped Green onions
- diced Avocado
Instructions
- Sauté onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes. Add turkey, cook until done.
- Add spices, black beans, corn, and tomatoes. Cook another 5 mins then serve, topped with cheese, green onions and avocado with a handful of tortilla chips on the side.
