This is a quick 5 minute core workout you can do ANYWHERE. All you need is a little floor space. Do this workout 2-3 times throughout your day and you’ll start to notice a difference in no time!
- Plank
- Single Leg Lift
- Knee to Elbow
Workout Circuit:
- 30 second full plank
- 30 seconds leg lift -right side
- 30 seconds leg lift – left side
- 30 seconds knee-to-elbow plank – right side
- 30 seconds knee-to-elbow plank – left side
- Repeat circuit one more time
