This is a quick 5 minute core workout you can do ANYWHERE. All you need is a little floor space. Do this workout 2-3 times throughout your day and you’ll start to notice a difference in no time!

Workout Circuit:

  • 30 second full plank
  • 30 seconds leg lift -right side
  • 30 seconds leg lift – left side
  • 30 seconds knee-to-elbow plank – right side
  • 30 seconds knee-to-elbow plank – left side
  • Repeat circuit one more time
