If you’re anything like me, just the thought of taking time out of your busy day to drive to the gym is enough to talk yourself out of working out. The key to working out consistently is to make it as easy as possible to fit into your life without feeling like you’re sacrificing something.
The workouts I share with you will be ones you can do at home with minimal or no workout equipment. They will be quick routines that will work as many muscle groups as possible all at the same time so that you get the most out of the time you spend working out.
